Two 12" Infinity subs with a 760w pioneer amp

I'm a newb at systems, and I was wondering if this setup would work. Does that amp have enough watts to run the two 12" subs? I have a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee, with the Infinity Gold system, and I've heard that its HELL to try to upgrade things around the stock Amp.

I'd be attempting to do this upgrade by myself, so what else would I need? I have the Stock HU still, should I upgrade that while I'm at it? How much work am I looking at here?

I'm buying them used from a guy on CL, he says he'll get me the model numbers tomorrow when he's back home.

I'm not sure how old they are, but the subs are boxed and sealed
