Crazy things heard from a shop

I explained the big 3 to a local shop thats been around for 15 years plus and he told me that would be a horrible idea because it would cause a tremendous amount of alt whine

fail...grounds can pick up wine but not if its done right.

apaches dont even pull 666a of current. thats almost enough to run your house off of all dc appliances at the same time.

If I remmeber correctly the apache has a 650A alternator

My buddy works as helicopter mechanic, I remmeber he was joking when I told him I need a bigger alt for my car, he's like just order an apache alt. Should give you 650Amps
