Crash Diet Plans

^ur such a ****.

Anyways, cut soda out of your diet. Cut all snacks out. Learn to count calories and carbs. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and ween yourself off of calories.(I don't mean completely, but most of our diets are TOTALLY outrageous when it comes to calorie consumption.) Do it at a sharper rate to lose weight quicker. Then pick up a cardio routine. Jogging is pretty good. Grappling is one of the best.

Edit: ACTUAL crash diets are bad on your organs and bad for you overall. Usually they are trying to shed your water weight. You can ACTUALLY lose weight in that amount of time... although it's borderline unhealthy as well.

The problem is, when you go from never working out, to working out all the time, the chemicals released in your brain change a little and some people get depressed. Others feel better than they ever have before. I've worked out enough to know this one for a fact. I don't think there are any studies to support this, but I think you'll find it is true. I hope you stick with it and it doesn't depress you.

Don't use a crash diet, I mean c'mon dude, think about it logically. What are you doing to your body and asking in return?

Cut out junk food and run. If you go to the gym SWEAT. I can't tell you how many people at my gym stroll about and workout. When I go lift weights it's for no more than an hour, but it's non stop. High intensity weight training with endurance running will be your best bet. Don't forget to change it up after a couple weeks, your body is smart and will adapt.

i cant even stress how bad this is. First of all you cant "crash diet" and strength train. they are opposittes. unless you are 300+ pounds it is unsafe to lose more then 2-3 pounds per week. anything over that and every pound you cut is about 70% muscle you are losing. If you dont eat right then jump on a treadmill your body will use your muscle for fuel. If you want to lose fat you need to do light intensity training. Keeping your heart rate around 60% of max for 30-50 minutes. Another thing, doing cardio before strength training is completely unproductive. Cardio burns lots of cals and take alot out of you body. YOu cannot lift worth a **** if you just done cardio. Cardio is always done after your workout. if you ate tons during the day and you need to burn some cals so they dont turn to fat do high intensity after working out. Ipersonally just eat alot of protein and small amount of carbs for energy before i hit the gym so i pretty much burn all of my cals up during my lift so when i get done i do low intensity so i will just burn fat. If you are comfortable losing alot of muscle by all means crash diet. but there is no amount of strength training that can keep you from losing muscle if you want to losethat much weight that fast. You will feel worthless and lethargic in the gym. just saying. this is what i do for a living

I lost more wieght working in construction as a labor/carpenter apprentice. I was lean. and still kept my diet.
What are you trying to say? You asked for a diet, then say you don't need one.

Refer to my above post if you're looking for a quick way to burn fat. If you want a fun way, play sports

I will try this. change diet and do some exercises you suggested

diet is most important.. try get 1g of protein per pound and stay under 2k calories and see how hard it is. Diet and excercise will work. try to drink about a gallonof water a day too. curbs your appetitite and it will help you out in the gym
