Craigslist Find - Opinions?

So I was doing a bit of Craigslist browsing and came onto some old Orion gear, and in NEW condition and a sealed amp with original box/paperwork.. Not sure what this stuff is worth so need a rough estimate. Whats your opinions on it?

Yeah. Its an okay deal. He is about $50 below retail on each item.
