Crackling/Popping noise

Just a sparky so I’ve got no idea about any of this stuff is anyone able to diagnose this popping/crackling noise that is happening. It’s fairly constant but sometimes it’s intermittent and the sound quality is still dreadful but better. Video is attached. It’s an L300 van btw.

Not real sure from the vid, with exception that it does sound pretty nasty. Could be a blown speaker or two.? Possibly or worn out surround on a speaker or two and or bad tuning
