Sold Coustic Design Ref amp collection...

For those that know what these are then this is your lucky opportunity...If you dont then all I can say is that they are hard to find and they are built as good as the best out today. Underated with dual power supplies .

I have 4 of them in my collection. I dont want to sell them but it is a money issue. I need to choose between these and my RFX8250 and I dont want to sell it either.

I am not going to sell them at all if I get a bunch of crackhead offers so dont bother.

This has taken me 4 yrs to find all these and I am not happy.

This what I have total:

505 amp rated @ 50 x 2 but really does more like 90 x 2 ( I have 2 of these)

510 amp rated @ 100 x 2 but sure it does more also ( 1 of these)(these are hardest to find)

514 rated 50 x 4 but like the rest probably does more.

DX-28 electronic X-over with balanced inputs/outputs...does it all..when these are on Ebay they are over $200

DM4..balanced line receiver....need a DM2 so you can run balanced all the way thru..not 100% sure on the way this is used..

I have manuals for all of these. Been saving these a while...

These are the prices:

505's $150 each

510 $175

514 $175

DX-28 $150

DM4 $25 because without DM2 it is not complete

The prices may seem high but they are many years work and time and money in the making to get. If you dont want to pay that then dont. I dont want to sell them but I will if its worth the loss.

You must remember that these were made early 90's and the goal was SQ. they have balanced ouputs and the best of parts all around.

I will also consider partial trades and package deals

Bump for some excellent amps.

Don't let the "Coustic" name fool you.

These are top quality, high end amplifiers. The 510, for example, MSRP'd for around $750 back in the early 90's. The line was designed by Richard Coe.

At the prices they sell for now-a-days, they are absolute steals.

yeah I missed the ones you had Squeak cause at the time I didnt have the money...

Now I need to pay off credit cards so I am forced to look at ways to do it .

I can always wait and see so this is not a dire emergency so unless I get real buyers then I will save them. none of it is installed since I have been waiting for right time

For those that dont know...these were made by Coustic but were not in the same league as the rest of their stuff . these were high end and still are compared to todays standards

I went Soundstream, these were my next xhoice back when they were new. I understand your pain man I do. I will not/cannot part with my 2 Class A 10.0 and 2 Class 5.0's either.

Because I was probably going to sell my two 510DR's here soon and I was a little worried that I'd lose some potential buyers due to your sale....LOL

guys I dont mean to tease anyone....it took a lot out of me to even suggest the sale of all my DR stuff....

I am going to get my install on and at least hear them before I let them go....once I hear them I may never let them go if they sound like I expect them to.
