Couple simple install questions

Ill make this quick and painless as im using my phone to post.

4g KnuConceptz to distro block 2 8g outputs.

im using 4g for one of the 8g outputs because i dont have enough 8g. The distro isnt fused but has positions for the fuses. Would it be okay to fuse the 8g side with a 50a and the other side with a 80a? Just to clarify the 80a will be fed with 4g wire to a 500w rms amp.

2nd question - what size screws (circumference and length) should i need fof 3/4 mdf 1 inch baffle sub install?
