Couple different options for subs for my ol school Autotek 7150 BTS

He guys. I have an old school Autotek 7150 bass thrust series amp (Zed) That I want to hook up to one 10 or 12 inch subwoofer. I'm kind of leaning towards a JL 10w3 or 12w3 or a Infinity Kappa. I want strong loud bass, but some tightness and precision too. I'll probably run a sealed box.

My questions are:

1. Which impedance/voice coil configuration should I go with? Should I get a 2 ohm and bridge the amp?

2. Which if the two is a better overall speaker? Or should I go with something else?

3. Shouldn't this amp power the speakers fine? Back in the day we'd run 2 12's with the 7050 and it was thxLOUD!!! and that amp was 3x weaker...

I'm extremely rusty with this stuff so any help is appreciated.
