Could use a little help with 4 by 6 speakers

Ive been looking on the web at tons of 4 by 6 speakers to replace my factory ones i want some that i can run off of the stereo and have great sound I will be running them at HPF between 80 -125 if this makes a difference i am open to suggestion and the max im trying to spend is no more than 100.

Go to a shop and check some out. I work at Car Toys in Lewisville, but we have a Denton store. Take a CD and check them out.

We have Kappa and Reference 4x6s. Kappas are buy one get one 50% off.

 
To get the most low end out of that size, don't do plates, as pictured. Go w/a 4x6 oval coax or point source. Those sound better IMO, and should get you to the 80-120 Hz xover range w/o distortion as long as it's clean power.

My wife had a Pontiac Grand AM GT, 4x6's in the front door, and I've been through a lot of speakers testing them.

I would recommend something like these.
