on sale, been on sale for a while. thinking about picking one up... after i do all my new components of course. but it says 1000 max so u think it could be safe at 600-800 watts?

Looks like a JL sub... so of course you can push it past it's RMS rating!.... J/K

ah, it says 500watts rms...

I'd go with an amplifier that was atleast this much.
