Cost to program computer?

I am looking at buying a new car and I found a 96 Chev Cavalier for $600. It only has 120k on it and "Brand new fuel pump, Crank shaft censor, Cam shaft censor and Car computer.All the car needs is for the computer to be reprogrammed. We bought the computer practically brand new with a 6 month warranty. "

And I was trying to find how much it would cost to reprogram it but couldnt find ne thing online and all the shops are closed in town. Is this a good buy or sound like a scam?

check the title, probably salvaged

not sure what would kill all the sensors and computer, sounds like water damage maybe

It possibe has a new puter but needs flashed by the dealer which for them to put the vin in and all options will charge you over $100 most places, sounds like they were throwing parts at it and got fed up. Even with a new computer unflashed it should run in limp mode.
