i filled it up today at $2.12..and 2hrs after i filled up it was down to $2.10...doesnt sound like alot but could have saved me a buck or two..

They probably designed that car with high compression ratio, back then I don't think they had the octane constraints that we see now.

Well prices at chevron are $2.39 for 87 octane.

At a cheap no name place it's $2.29 for 87 octane.
