Correct Setup? Alpine with MA Audio Digital

ok.. im gonna run two Alpine type-r 12's, and i know that there rated at 500RMS, i needed to know with this amp.. is it to much power and how do the ohms work and if i should get the

set the gains right

Sqrt(Power*Resistance) = Voltage

and u should be good
