Cop punches girl after pepperspraying himself. excessive or not?

Next time replace "you" with "someone" and there wouldn't be a misinterpretation.
continue on.
next time dont take it personal and there will be no need for you to call me names.

people generalize all the time. "they stole my car" or "when you do this, make sure you....." in directions. Its a generalization.

Calling you a troll is not calling you names:wow:

Now who is defensive...

No I identified the manner it was used.
Do you guys need to re-educate yourselves. English comprehension is not that hard.
Obviously you didn't or there wouldn't have been a misunderstanding. It was clear to me that it was a general reply where you is understood as the reader. Are you(being specific here so you won't be confused) the only reader?

Is his name troll?

Is his user name troll?

Yes you were. Now who is being the troll here?

Yes I did call you a name //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

No but I was quoted. This implies a specific response to the poster.

I don't know what's wrong with you guys. Unless you are continuing to troll.

Im automatically a troll because I have a different view than you? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
Where did this term troll come from recently and why is it all of a sudden a bad word? I'm not even totally sure what it means or why it's such a bad thing? I mean if it implies someone is reading without posting, that is a good thing (judging by many of the posts)

To reply to what you said though, this is a good thread. First decent discussion in awhile.

STFU........ You're from Columbus. They stop people in rental cars there because their license plates are "expired"
WHy the fuk would Avis send me out in the world with a car that's not up to code?
LOL. Well you have learned a valuable lesson, check your car before you leave. Your supposed to do a walk around with the guy before you take the car anyways.

I am using responsibility in this manner "2: something for which one is responsible" not in context of accountability.
Your point of position in society dictates level of rights, flies right against the belief of men being given right equally. Which is one main point the country was founded on. Regrettably it has been on a slide.

Like, with gitmo and other prisons in the world we use to corral terrorist or other international criminals that we have no concrete evidence on. We are saying that because they are such a threat we can deny them habeas corpus and due process. How can we say that, but still say every man has the right to it?

It is contradictory and makes no sense. You can't have it both ways.
But that definition of responsibility isn't even a real definition...now define 'responsible'. You'll find that basically every definition of responsible is in the context of accountability, because that's essentially what the word means.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/responsible

Equal rights are great, but right from the start we have given cops unequal rights. They have rights that no average citizen has, and because of this, they should be accountable to a further extent than the average citizen.

You fail at reading. There wasn't shit wrong with my car, my license, or the plates. The cop thought he had him one, but all he got was Fail. I'm from Chicago, so I know when a cop is reading your plate. I made it easy on him and pulled over before he could turn his lights on. He was like " I guess you know why I'm pulling you over" I said, "No" Then he went into that whole plates being expired shit.

I got no ticket or anything, but it's the principle. I was guilty of being in Columbus Ohio with a nice car with Illinois plates.
