seemed like the safe thing to do, ride the bike off the street since it was dark. really have to be a ******* of a cop to let that kind of situation turn out so bad.

I think it is bull shit that a cops life is "worth more" than a civilian. I hate to hear things like 3 people and one officer killed. Officer gets killed and all the cops get nuts to get the guy, 3 people get killed and its just another day on the force i guess. Maybe that is the media making it look that way but if thats how it is that is bull shit.

My last thought, yeah that situation is bull shit and shouldent have happened.

I completly agree, ive just seen it or heard it all too often. (My friend is an officer) People didnt do anything but do something stupid like argue or touch or shove an officer thus warrenting arrest, and then resist because "I didnt do nothing".

Yeah, you're right. Never in the history of well known rental companies has there ever been a mistake, unsafe car, or incorrect information on the vehicle. What was a I thinking. Must be why they are always so mechanically sound and never ever break down.
You're making the point I'm trying to get across. You are smart enough not to give the cop a reason. Now I'm assuming your a late teen early 20 white guy (could be wrong, just going from statistics of users on here). That being said, if you throw enough of a fuss and got out of your car could you see yourself in this exact same situation? I could.

Nope. Early 30s black dude. And I saw what you did there with the Avis never making a mistake. You really can't make that big of a mistake on an 07 model car with an 07 tags and say what that cop said. What it did was give him a reason to run my name and see what kind of person he was dealing with. As with the female, they could have easily told her to get off the sidewalk and that was that. I was them, I'd feel embarrassed having 3 dudes pull over a girl and a bike and doing all of that to get the situation under control.

the only wrong doing was the cop punching her in the face. everything else was handled right. cop f**ked up and lost his cool after he was pepper sprayed(can you blame him, how would you react). if that b***h caused me to get pepper sprayed in the face, i would have knocked her teeth out. sad thing is that she will sue probably get money from the city and spend it on more drugs.
