Cop punches girl after pepperspraying himself. excessive or not?

fvck reading this wole thread... im still lmao that he sprayed himself in the face with pepperspray....

don't they teach you how to use that shit when u join the force?

How about letting the punishment fit the crime? Many people don't spend time in prison for a simple assault. He definitely needs to lose his job and the capacity to hold job as officer in the future. I also say let him get subdued for a few minutes while someone takes cheap shots at him //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
He's a cop, he should be following a much stricter set of rules than the rest of us. If we can trust him with a gun, we should certainly be able to trust him not to beat the shit out of us for no reason, and when he does, it shouldn't be punishable just as any other random idiot beat the shit out of us. He should lose his badge, and see some jail time where he can get acquainted with the other people he probably beat up needlessly and put in there.

up to interpretation, i said that before, and im sticking to that.
What is up to interpretation in MLKs lesson?
Peacefully? (It can be defined, so I see no room to interpret).

Accepting? (same thing)

If it can be interpreted differently, then give me an honest explanation of how you interpret his words.

Just because we hold him at a higher level, doesn't mean we strip him of the same rights we give everyone. he should be allowed to have a punishment fitting of his crimes, like any other thug coming through the halls of justice.

I also mentioned losing his badge //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Sigh...sorry i put my 12 hours in of public service today. Im tired sorry.

Yes i said she had warrants i read it in the thread at the time i didnt watch the whole video, but regardless where there is one warrent there is probly more. i was getting at maybe there was another reason the officer was pulling him over.

What? If we hold him at a higher level, he should be punished at a higher level. With power comes responsibility. Why should we grant him extra power without added responsibility?

It was rather comical. I chuckled through the video. I laughed even better when I seen he got so worked up about it that he took it out on her. Undeniable proof that she indirectly owned his *** //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
ddeitz makes no sense.

Maybe you should take a nap and come back. Youre all over the place. If there was more, they would have said it. Now youre assuming, youre about to show your true (racist) stripes, I suggest you quit now, like I said before.

Added power and added responsibility does not equal lower rights. That is retarded thinking.

By your thinking we should just kill CEOs caught for embezzlement, but the lower people in the corp get 1 year in prison and fines.

makes ZERO sense.

Sigh...no they are the media why would they say more? it would take away from the story. Me being racist? thats funny. i own a color tv.

Resisting is not considered criminal to you? Resisting isn't peaceful and it is against the law. It fits criminally to a T.

You are trying hard to make it subjective, but I don't buy it and neither would most logical people.

Then pointing a gun at an officer could or could not be considered acting criminally?

What is his added responsibility then? He fvcks up and he is just as accountable as anyone else? He carries a gun. There should be much stricter penalties for him than the average retard or criminal who isn't even legally allowed to own a gun.

btw, imo we should kill CEO's caught for embezzlement, or just kill them anyway, but that's not part of my point //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
