thats a totally different case anyway.Resisting is not considered criminal to you? Resisting isn't peaceful and it is against the law. It fits criminally to a T.
You are trying hard to make it subjective, but I don't buy it and neither would most logical people.
Then pointing a gun at an officer could or could not be considered acting criminally?
But i misunderstood what you all were saying with the "acting criminally". I related it to the comment "rather thug" like acting thug. Acting to me meant "portraying criminal" when you really arent. So I went a different way with the thinking.
