cool things to add to my box??

sub and port r forward. (slot port)

i have no more room on top of box but have some extra space behind and infront of it. i was planning to do some kind of lights.

either in the box on the box or shining on the box.

im in mn so these lights can't be too noticeable from outside the car.

thinking maybe a led strip on the back of the box at the bottom and it will light up my trunk a little. plus maybe some single led's inside the box so it will be illuminated. any other cool ideas? i don't want to be spending a fortune but just want to set it apart from other boxes. under 50 dollar budget for accessories. would be even cooler if i could have obsidian written in leds on the back of the box but OA would prbly be easier to do.

no ill check when i get a chance ill find a way to get it in

but I'm trying to think up some cool ideas for it (if it does fit)

especially if I'm putting lights inside id rather do it before i put the top on it and seal it up...

Most things we do with enclosures is done during the build process, not after it is finished.

Not saying you can not do something, just makes it much harder to work with.

well i have everything but the lid put on it I'm might carpet it but I'm not sure what kind of carpet to get because it has to be wide enough to fit my box. 32 by 22 by 16.5 so I'm open to any suggestions whether i should have done it already or its something i could still do.

I like to use lexan for windows...you can paint the inside of the enclosure and use LEDs to offer the "ricer" look, you can do raised logos or custom carpet..or a million other things.

Yeah, you can do anything you want. It would just be a pain if you buy a bunch of stuff and do all kinds of things to your box and it not fit. Not trying to be negative I just know what I had to do for one that was only 15" high.

i want to do the raised logo if i carpet it. u just cut the foam out to what it needs to be then press the carpet on over it? or use resin to harden the foam?? or... also what kind of backed charcoal carpet would u recommend? the biggest I'm seeing is 54 inches wide and its suppose to cover the width plus about half of the length. so id need like 54 inches.... 32 + 11 + 11 = 54 so is that enough? cuz i want a little bit of fudge room in case i don't get the carpet completely centered.

and i was thinking on the double wall on the back get a router and make some grooves in the outside wall and put leds in that then some kind of almost transparent plexi glass... just enough to hide the individual led's and make it have a kind of faded look.
