Between $200-$300 is budget, but really more along the lines of $200-250 would be more economical for me.

So that will be perfect for running 1ohm final (parallel) such as?:

If so, I guess I'll be pushing ~650-700rms per sub (taking consideration of efficiency/voltage, etc?)

Let me know if I'm right. I won't be buying from eBay (no longer trust people on it) I'll get it elsewhere. Anyhow, let me know and I'll go with this amp. Also, are you sure about this amp? I've never heard of it.

Right, parallel your subs and you'll have a 1ohm load. MB Quart amps are the new forum boner these days for quality power for a decent price...there are a lot of people using them on here. Also, sonicelectronix is a very well known dealer on ebay, nearly 100k transactions with a 99.7% positive feedback...it doesn't get much safer than that.
