construction help needed

i just finished the design for my dream system....now its time to get technical....i need someone who is willing to help with q & a when i run into somethin i need help with...my aol name is missinglink786..... im's and email are welcome.....first off i need to know whats best to use to paint a sub enclosure and also how to make one completely air tight and how to port and tune it correctly

I didn't paint my box and it's not ported so can't help u there...silicon's what I used to seal... but let it cure over night b4 u drop ur subs in...I hear the fumes damage the sub...
