ive become a dd "nut hugger" of sorts lately. i have a 1508 that is louder than just about any 10" and a lot of 12's that i and a few friends have owned. ive just bought an extended cab s-10 that the 1508 will be going in for a while and then will be swaped out for a 2510. so i guess iam saying that iam a little bias, but you should be happy with any of your choices.

Well the 3500 series are rated at 1200rms a piece so 2k a piece if done right wouldn't be too bad..

they are rated at 1200 rms so i would think 2k would be ok. my 1508 takes 1k all day and its only rated for 500rms.

oh really? i can't find parameters on um... hows classic rock and metal? i think my next setup will be a pair of AE AV 15s tuned to 32 in 7.5 cubes... also im probably going to get the CDT ES-06 with the TS-01 tweeters and the 550/525 xovers...
