Connection help.

Hi,

I've a 97 Saturn with factory cassette. I pulled it so I could put in an old Pioneer DEH-2700 disc reciever I had lying around. The factory connector is not compatible. I ordered a direct connect SMGMO2SON16B from Schosche but got an email saying their Direct Connection harnesses are discontinued. I have a 16 pin connector that fits the Pioneer but the other end is for a Ford or something. Does anyone know of another source for a direct connect harness I can use or should I just get a Schosche GM02B that will connect to the source in my dash and splice all the wires to the 16 pin for my disc reciever? I know what the wires are coming from my dash, but I don't know what each pin is for from the Pioneer DEH-2700.

Get the gm02b and wire it up. It's literally just matching up colors.
