I'm trying to hook up my 15" subwoofer speaker in my car and it isnt working. I've actually had these parts for a few years so I'm not sure the model of speaker, but its a Bazooka with 4 prongs for the connecters.

I am pretty bad and this sort of stuff, but why are there 4 prongs on the speaker and not just 2? I have a feeling this is my issue its not working. I'm trying to hook it to a mono Boss amp (amp has power but subwoofer speaker isn't working).

Looks like you have an ELW1514P from the label in your picture. That is a single voice coil sub, so you do not need to use all of the terminals (just 2 is fine).

Does it make any sound at all? Do the lights on the amp come on?

Your problem must be somewhere else.

Provide more detail on the rest of your setup...

What brand & model number amp?

What head-unit?

How is amp connected to head-unit.

Most common mistake is that the amp power and amp remote turn-on wire are not connected correctly.

Also, amp ground is important.
