so i have 2 D1 subs ill be wiring together. im running 8g wire to wire them up and run to the amplifier.

ill be wiring them like this @ 1ohm

http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=2&I=12

now, theres a wire coming from a positive on driver 1, and a positive on driver 2, those two connect to a single wire which then runs to the positive on the amp. (same for the negatives). where the wire from driver 1 meets the wire from driver two and then connects to a single wire, is there something i can use to connect these? i dont have a soldering iron, which would probably make things a lot easier, so what are my options. i was trying not to do this the ghetto way by just twisting the 3 together and wraping 'em up with electrical tape.

Two 1 ohm Dual Voice Coil drivers.

im just trying to find out what i need to connect 3 wires together. 2 wires that connect to a single common wire.

ok i asked this same question before. the wires never actually touch eachother there are 3 independent connections. i can make a pic if u want. thats how ppl helped me

yea, thats my problem though. im running 8g wire, so the 2 wires wont fit into the terminals on the 1 driver where the 2 wires connect in your diagram. thats why i was gunna run a single wire from each, and then connect those to a single wire which goes to the amp.

everybody always tells me not to run 12g speaker wire (even though its been tested and its all basically the same when wiring speakers), so i pick up 8g and now it doesnt fit.

the 8 fits snug into the terminals, but only 1 run of it. 2 runs definetly wont fit. i guess ill jhust go to HD in the morning and look around in the electrical section and see if i can find something. if not, its electrical tape.

Use all thread for the screw terminals on the back of the box (with four nuts on, one on each side tightened to the wood to keep from spinning, other two on top to secure wires), run pos/neg from amp to those, inside the box, just crimp two connections that'll fit over the all thread on the speaker wires, and do that

sorry if it seems like im just shooting everything down, but i was just gunna run the wire through the box. i was trying to stay away from bolts because ive seen boxes get burnt in the location of those bolts. last thing i need is this box or even worse, my jeep going up in flames.
