Connecting an Amp to a factory stereo.

I know you can, but i'm not sure exactly what it is that I need to do it. I know it's an adapter, but can someone link me to what it is that I need.

I have a 2003 Trailblazer if that helps, and I need to hook up an amp to the factory stereo.

Can someone link me to the adapter please?

some call them hi-low converters.
