Amps should be like a 1960 Cadillac, with big fins (heatsinks).

I dont much care for bland, blank, black amps made of flat sheet metal, where you have to hope the poor fan doesnt burn out or you're screwed.

how do you like your C5's... anything you dont like about them

I honestly can't say I do. They play everything really well. Hip-hop, rock (both clasic and modern) Salsa, classical. Highs are crisp and clear, but not too harsh. Singers come through forcefully and clear. Mid bass notes have good impact. I can feel and hear the individual plucks of the strings on certain music. No blending or coloring. I get a real surround sound feel out them.

Along with these I've owned some Alpine's, MB Quarts, and JL VR's. Best set I've ever owned. They just sound awesome.
