connecting 3-4 wires together when wiring subs?

hey guys,

I was wiring my DD T1510's and i had to wire 4 wires together two times and i just used a big twisty thing . i dont know what they are called. is this good enough or is there a better way to do it? i guess i could do ring terminals and bolts but thats expensive and a pita.

yea the caps you twist onto the wires.
