Connecter Help!!!

Hi, Im looking to connect my tom tom through the car audio, so I can play music of its hard drive etc. The tom tom uses either phono leads or a standard line in connection. Is there any way I can connect it through the aerial so that I dont loose my CD changer? Many Thanks Chris
