Computer people I need your help

If worse comes to worst, then I'd say just to a clean format of the computer. I'm pretty sure all you really need to do is make sure that you have the drivers for your NIC/modem and then you can certainly find the drivers for the rest of your system on the internet.

If i can find a copy of windows 2000 im gonna try upgrading to that,what else would be the thing to upgrade to run this os? ram hd?

For some crazy reason my laptop is starting to run fine again? Only thing i notice still is when windows is done loading a pop up comes up called Internet Enhancer! and says click yes or no and none of my spy/adware stuff can find it to remove it
