your mother board is cooked, or your your fan is broken... does it get real hot??? make sure the fan turns... i had a similar problem, i fixed the fan, everything worked fine since... if your monitor doesn't come on it isn't looking good

The fan does come on. I am thinking that it is the MB for sure. Ohwell no loss.
