Hey guys, sup? I havn't been around much latly. Got a new hotel in town and i've spent the past 2 weeks of my life working there. In that time my car has all but about died. The harmonic balancer has been going for a while and is about dead. Unfortunetly this new truck i'm looking at is a regular cab and for some small reason i don't see my LI's fiting back there behind the seat. Looks like i'll be out of the whole car audio seine for a while. Got a full time construction job set up for this summer which will be my life. Tell me what you think though, a 1997 Ford F-150, auto (sad), 4X4, 90k on it. Comes with plow and has been taken care of very well. Has the 4.6 V8 in it. Its probably going to cost me just a hair over $10k with everything. Think i'm getting a good deal or no?? I was hoping to find a 5 speed somewere but all the dealers i talked to said that manuals are hard to come by used and at a fairly cheap price. Deffenetly going to miss my thump which the LI's put out. I might be selling them on here but hopfully not. I love those things!!!! Figured i'd pop in and see what all was up, kinda suchs how i had to drop out of Team Deliousions and all. I'll deffenetly miss car audio but i'll still be around. Big thanks to all the guys on here who've helped me mature in the car audio world. Kinda scary to look back and see how little i ust to know about it, and how little i still know now.

Just to see, I plugged a '97 F-150, 4x4, XLT package with cruise, tilt, A/C, 4-wheel ABS, a bed liner, and a snow plow in good condition into Kelley Blue Book's site for a private party sale. KBB shows you could expect it to be around $6,500. $10K seems a bit much......

I know its a little on the high side but it is really in mint condition. Other then a small tear in the seat there are no scratches, no rust, no nothing. Also trucks around here are not cheap. All the dealers and people I talked to said this is about one of the worse times to buy a decent truck. I also don't have a lot of options. Living in a very small comunity its not to easy to find thigns like this. Thanks for your guy's input though...
