You MUST have a bootable disk of XP/Vista/an Operating system to perform a "redo" of your computer. Without one you cannot.Did you not get a disk when you bought your computer? Call up Windows Tech and tell them you're re-installing on the same computer it was before and they'll give you one that works.

Second torrent looks alright. Make sure you have Peer Guardian 2 installed and KEEP all the stuff you want somewhere else if you're going to re-install your system.

Unless it was from a major manufacturer like Dell or HP, then they will direct you to them.
