question about an itunes problem...

Santa brought me an ipod touch for Christmas, therefore I am relegated to itunes...but whatever, I am ripping some CD's and throwing them on there, for some reason, this one album I have, rips into multiple folders separated by the album artist + the featured artists, as a result when I open my music folder instead of it being listed under one album, it's listed under like 7...

I tried to correct the issue by browsing the folder under my music, and just cutting/pasting the songs where they belonged and then deleting the reaming folders, but that didnt work...any way to fix this? I am very organized, as I have a mild case of OCD and if I dont get this sorted out it's going to drive me nuts lol...

highlight all the songs from that ripped cd. right click and on the sub menu click on Get Info. it'll ask if your sure you want view info on multiple files or something. just click on yes or ok and when the window comes up. fill in the album name, year, and from here you can drag and drop w/e image you want for the album cover. then click on ok. it should regroup all the songs into the album when you look at all your music by album.

change the album tag on all the songs that are from it by selecting all the songs holding ctrl and clicking them then right click on a highlighted song and click get info say yes then change the album name to what you need..
