alright well i got a set of Rtype 6.5 componets do i need to run them off of a AMP? or can i off my HU? what would be hte difference

An amp would allow them to play MUCH cleaner at higher volumes. Running nice components off 20watts is pointless IMO, the components are nice because they are optimized to play wonderfully in their RMS power range. well i am broke and dont have money for an amp can i run them off HU and then latter upgrade to the amP?

Of course you can. Just dont expect too much from them off the deck- but they will work until you get an amp.

guess it may vary from car to car. but i think generally getting wires into a door is the hardest part about runnin wire. in my car i just found the wires that were already runnin to my door speakers from my hu and cut behind my hu; then hooked them up to some more wires that ran to my amp. i know its small wire (like 16 guage? not sure) but it seems to work fine for the 100watts i'm runnin through them.

i think that's the easiest way to get around figuring out how to get wire through your door boot.
