components to run off a jl 450/4

Since you already have a 4-channel amp, it'd be a shame to waste two amp channels on rear speakers...

Why not run active up front and bi-amp a set of 6.5" midbasses and tweeters...for $300 there's a lot of choices //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Seas makes a paper-coned line that would work...along with a lot of options for tweets, depends on your mounting locations...
