So, I had a set of Diamond Audio Hex 6.5" 2 ways years ago and they got trashed in the car they were in, so i left them in the car when i got rid of it. My question is that a buddy of mine has a pair minus the tweeters (i kept my tweeters) and says that he'll take $80 for the drivers and crossovers and that theyre NIB. Is this a fair price? or is there something out there thats better for a few $$s more? I loved how bright and accurate the diamonds were and would love to be in that realm again.

I know! I bought my original pair in 1998 and paid about $650 ( i knew a guy who worked at a car audio shop and he gave me a wicked deal on em), I just wasnt sure if the drivers got passed by by new ones. i LOVED how they sounded!!!
