Component speaker question?

Usually, you would run the front and rear RCA's from the head unit to your 4 channel amp, so later, if you want to turn the rear speakers up or down, you can just "Fade" front to rear. Or you can adjust them down at the amp gain.

I would suggest you use all the tweets and crossovers that come with your components. If you don't use the tweets, then you may not be able to use the passive crossover that comes with them either because it is designed to operate at a specific ohm load, and disconneting one driver will usually cause the crossover to change it's crossover frequency and the remaing driver to increase it's impedence rating and sound really quiet and strange.
