Component speaker question?

Im gonna run 2 pairs of comps one in the back 6.5s and one up front 5.25s can i just use 1 pair of tweets up front in the doors instead of both pairs of tweeters?

if the speakers get to loud can i just turn the gain down on the 4 channel amp didn't know how elese to put the question?

Usually, you would run the front and rear RCA's from the head unit to your 4 channel amp, so later, if you want to turn the rear speakers up or down, you can just "Fade" front to rear. Or you can adjust them down at the amp gain.

I would suggest you use all the tweets and crossovers that come with your components. If you don't use the tweets, then you may not be able to use the passive crossover that comes with them either because it is designed to operate at a specific ohm load, and disconneting one driver will usually cause the crossover to change it's crossover frequency and the remaing driver to increase it's impedence rating and sound really quiet and strange.

Put 6.5's up front as that's what your car takes and do coax's in the back...
