Component sets...

Been debating which set I should get. The zapco's, focal's & cdt's seem like they'd be great, but there's the ID's everyones talking about, and I've been itching to try the aq comps out too... Will be installed in glassed kick panels in a grand am. Budget is about $200, and I'm running a zed audio amp pushing around 130w(rms) x2 @ 4ohm.

Any rainbow sets in this price range that I should consider? Or anything else for that matter?

The AQ's are supposed to sound wonderful for that price range.

But you can't go wrong with ANY of those options.

I'd toss a coin between the AQ's and the ID's.

I heard the Focals at tweeter. The guy there let me have a listen in his car. Dodge Nitro, install done by tweeter. Sounded really good. Real good midbass. Tweeters were smooth and nice to listen to as well.

I agree. Any set that you take, you won't be dissapointed with. I do like the ID's and Focals the most though.

Well I do have a set of RSD's (6.5's) in the doors right now. Not deadened or anything for that matter, just dropped right in, and even so, I'm still loving the midbass.

Is it safe to say most of those settups (Looking towards the focals specifically) will at least be on par with those (if not way way better lol).

Also, would they all do pretty good on the power I'd be giving them (130rms x 2)? Don't wanna overpower them too much, one reason I'm replacing the rsd's...
