component opinions

what components should i get? ive heard JL's high end components in my friends car, and he had too much power running to them, and they weren't loud enough and bottomed out like a mother****er. wasn't too impressed. i want loud but clean/smooth. suggestions?

lets see the polk mommo components are pretty good, the ones i have which are the infinity kappa componets are great they can get pretty loud

get some boston accoustics if ur looking for some good sound they are pretty exspensive though maybe mbquarts high end speakers or some cdt seperates

sorry....forgot to mention.....i hadnt heard those...heh...but i will hear them as soon as i have 349.00 to get them...however from everyone ive heard that has them they sound awesome.....alaxan can answer that....however i believe hes on a business trip righ tnow....should be back before to long tho....sorry for the mis informaiton.....josh should be able to help answer that as well.....
