im trying to find out which comp set i should upgrade to. theres not very many good shops out here with a demo wall set up. and of the ones that do only have kicker and hifonics and some knock off brands. im thinking of some of these comps:

JL AUDIO VR650-CSi

MB Quart RVF216

MB QUART PCE-216

RE AUDIO RE6.5COMP

Diamond Audio Hex S600

Boston Acoustics SL60

POLK MOMO MMC6500

ive been reading reviews on each one of those and i still cant make up my mind.

currently i have a Pioneer 880PRS HU. im going to buy the amp based on what i finally decide on.

please help. thanks in advance

also please dont post just a model, i see alot of that going around. as i dont have the option to listen, could you please post why that model and why not the others?

does anyone have any experience with the pce-216s? the tweets are titanium and i have heard that these can get harsh at high levels. i have aluminum ones now and i cant stand listening to them loud. im looking at silk for the tweeter but if the mb quarts arent harsh then ill reconsider those.

The MOMOs should have a nice smooth tweet and are a good comp set at a good price

and those Pioneer's have a silk tweet as well, and they sound really nice, I was pretty impressed when I first heard them

If you can listen to some PCEs, I would, personally I dont find their tweeters to be harsh, the PCEs are a really really nice comp set, and and that price for less than 200, when they retail for like 400 is a hell of a deal

thats the problem i cant listen to any of these because theres no audio stores here that carry any of these speakers.
