It is an s-10 with 6.5s, dont wanna spend over $100, I listen to mainly rock, and rap. I just wanna get some opinions...

that's a really tight budget for a component system.... I would say either save at least $200 or just buy a pair of 6.5" pioneer rev coaxials.
