3/4" mdf reinforced with roofing brackets, liquid nails heavy duty and screws, back wall of enclosure dynamated to reduce flex of box, front wall is 1 1/2" thick mdf total, speaker sit flush mounted, enclosure angled up slightly to aim at curve in trunk lid
box has no material on back, against rear seat or bottom, minor flaws on material

this system hits loud and clear, i competed it in sq a few times spl ranged from between 140 and 154 depending on the tracks, gain setting on amp
shakes the whole car, i had 3 layers of dynamat front to back still rattled the car
i recommend replacing the mids mids amp and optima as well
i can include all mids for c class rt models and 800 watt 4 channel for a little more
asking 1300 without mids/mids amp
