Complete my hatch setup for under $400

It's all going into a 1980 VW Scirocco.

Things i already have:

Alpine 7894 head unit

Kicker IX404 (120rms x2 bridged for speakers)

Viper D1200.1 (I'd like to use all 1200rms if possible //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif )

I'm looking to spend less than $400.

I was thinking either a single SS RL-P 12" or a single 12" Arsenal for my spare tire box.

If I did the SS I could get the CDT cl-61a's with the upgraded tweater.

But if I get the Arsenal, I'd have some extra money for the speakers.

This is just a daily I want to get good sound quality out of. No competition.
