PIONEER DEH-P7700MP for 100 bucks good deal?

at my local bestbuy they have one on the clearence rack for 100 bucks... the lower models like the 6700 go for like 250 on the shelf, but i ebayed this one and it was only 170ish ? is this unit any good? should i go back and get it before anyone else does?
