we'll if he ups his budget another 50-75 bucks he'll be able to rock a pair of lvl 4s and a sundown 2000d, or he could buy the amp used.. sure he could find a better price on one somewhere

Or you can sell him your 12" CVX's and have more money to play with for the lvl4 12's.

I can't speak for him, but I'd want new equipment myself. I wouldn't buy something like a saz-2000d from anywhere other than an authorized dealer either. With the MB Quart, if it shits the bed in a year or two, who cares? It's cheap to replace. The Sundown is twice as expensive, so having some insurance would be nice...

The Sundown is an extremely nice amplifier, and the price reflects that. The MB Quart is also a nice amplifier, but it's WAY less expensive...

sundown is hands down, mb quart is a maxsonics amp, same as hifonics crunch etc

oh i know im just saying, i'd feel the same way too

but IMO, sundown has some of the next, if not THE best amps out there

Noone here is trying to say the MB Quart is better than the Sundown. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif But at the same time, the MB Quart IS a nice amplifier. Many people on the forum are running them with no problems. You should also know that the MB Quart doesn't share a board with any of the Crunch or Hifonics amps.

If budget is of no concern, of course the Sundown is the clear winner here.
