comments and advice plz

Have a Jvc head unit with 4x40w power, running blaupunkt gt series 4" speakers in the front they r gettin 16 rms from the hed unit, then a 600 watt blaupunkt amp powering 50 wats to each of my blaupunkt gt series 6x9's, then bridged a 10 inch blaupunk subwoofer powering 150 wats to that, this is in a van so the acoustics will be good, wat spl rating u rekon ill get, im goin to enter my first competition in the 300rms and under section. whats ur advice or comments?

hey sorry guys im only a few weeks into gettin into sound systems, well i have a ported box but it is small i dont know the actual size, i dun think i shood hook up my amp to my front ones they are only 30 wats rms, they wood blow up at a decent volume, but the acoustics in my car is fairly good, because there in no seats in the back, and the floor is shagpile carpet. and the sub is goin into a open area so im guessing the sound will be better compared to say having it in a boot of a car, im not really lookin for unbers or anything, just some advice on what i can to do to improve it, im only a yung bloke not that much of a budget? so any comments are great

boxes made for competing are not usually ideal for the everyday driver. you should build 2 different boxes. one for daily driving and one for competing.

be careful this is a very addictive and expensive hobby.

have fun
