This is what it looks like after 4 hours at 300 degree's. The surface was not cleaned before applying and it was applied by hand without a roller.

Was this laid flat or vertical? Looks great by the way. The wifes Touareg will be screaming for some of it.

For any of you looking for rollers, you can get a $2 roller from Lowes/HD in the wallpaper section. It's all hard plastic, not a rubber roller. I used it for getting the 60mil on and it worked great, had 0 issues. The roller isn't cheap enough where if you put too much pressure it breaks, it's actually built pretty well.

It was not flat. It was set up at an angle (like a door panel)

It was set up very similar to this video

Can't remember there exact number of layers but wanted to add extra weight to the piece of deadener attached to the metal to make sure it held up in the heat.

60 mil weighs roughly .5 lbs per sq ft and the 80 mil weighs roughly .75 lbs per sq ft.

I just use a super cheap little wooden one I had laying around. A rolller is a roller, lol.... And I'm pretty sure AT's stuff woulda stuck fine even had I done it by hand....

Yeah you can just use your hand but it gets sore after a while lol
