As some of you may know over the past year and a half we had several issues with our manufacture so we finally decided it was time to switch. Our new product from our new manufacture finished production last week! That puts it in stock around the end of August.

Product will now come in 12" x 24" sheets in 60 mil and 80 mil. The 60 mil know uses a 5 mil aluminum instead of a 4 mil and the 80 mil uses a 7 mil aluminum.

It's all gonna depend on the new manufactures cost. It may stay the same it may not. I'm gonna guess with having the logo on the back and the fact that they are coming in sheets it will be a little more expensive.

100% butyl?

It is a butyl based adhesive with no asphalt filler. I don't believe it is 100% butyl but that being said most butyl based adhesives are not 100% butyl. I will let you know when I know the exact percentage.

This is what it looks like after 4 hours at 300 degree's. The surface was not cleaned before applying and it was applied by hand without a roller.
