stereo yes... 2x1600, but then you bridge it to 3200x1 @ 2 ohms

no its 2ohm stable mono,it will burp at 1.4 but not daily recommend.

It is 2 x 1600 watts at 1-Ohm or 1 x 3200 watts at 2-Ohm.

This is a Dual Mono Block amp.

i dont know where you got that figure,but a colossus is rated at 3200 watts @ 2 ohms.
