College Trying to Kick Me Out for a rule that isnt in the handbook

Ok well the story is that i had a shopping cart from one of the stores that is in our area that was found when my RA did inspections the first of the month. I then got a letter saying its under a certain code in the handbook. Went to look for this code and it says nothing about stolen property AT ALL in the handbook.
I then checked the online handbook like it said and all the offenses and everything were on there. I only recieved the handbook i got when i first came to the university and signed a paper saying i got it but the handbook i got doesnt include the information thats online. Would this be grounds for them to throw the whole thing out or can they find a way around it?

This question determines whether or not im going to get expelled from my university so dont ruin this thread. Thanks

When I clicked this thread, I thought it was going to be some BS on the school hitting you with some technicality, but your dumb *** stole a fucking shopping cart. Who the hell does that anymore? 12 year olds? Their kicking you out because your idiotic *** makes the school look bad. What school wants to have shopping cart thieves as alumni?

I got kicked out of my internship for underage drinking. That is normal college behavior and I didn't bitch about it. Stealing shopping carts is retarded and abnormal behavior.

I'm thinkin it has to be. Assuming he is still in the tampa area the only other options are:

2)UCF - beautiful campus, they have dorms, but its all the way out towards orlando.

3)USF - U Stay Forever - Def have dorms, and I could see some gay shit like this going down there.

4) HCC - Community college on the cheap. No dorms, this is ruled out.

5) There is some college in lakeland, supposed to be pretty nice, got some nice architecture, I know absolutely jack shit else about it.

So...pretty sure its either option 1 or 2, although I cannot rule out 5.
